He can't ignore a lawsuit. He has to respond.

Judges have thrown out every attempt to follow the Constitution and have Obama show he meets the requirements of the office he holds.

Kate, I am not a birther. I do believe he is hiding something he does not want the public to know. There is a huge difference.

You tell me - why would he spend millions to seal his records. I am open to any reason that is not that he is hiding something. I basically do not think you can give me one.

Look - I believe a typical lying politician who has a free ride from the press. Let dogs loose and see what they scare up.

The response generally has been a motion to dismiss based on lack of standing. How one can say a US Citizen does not have standing to litigate the question of a president's qualifications under the Constitution is beyond me.

None of these cases have gotten to the stage where Obama was compelled to respond to discovery on the factual issues.
