Did Hawaii change the certificate after 1961 perhaps?

Obama has had some kind of official birth certification that has gotten him drivers licenses, married, etc. for his whole adult life. Good enough for me to consider him as born in the US.

I can agree that the whole long form, short form, COBL versus the old version is confusing and wish the darn fool had chosen to be born in a different state. But that's all. In fact I think the whole birther thing hurts the party.

I may try to google up whatever the campaign released tomorrow. Gotta call it a night.....
