I've been eating four pounds a week of it lately, trying to get leaner. I get the five pound bag at Costco.

I can't cook so I go for easy, my favorites are

Fish soup ... a can of Progresso Chicken and Sausage Gumbo soup, some Frank's Red Hot Sauce, a bit of red wine, and three-quarters of a pound to a pound of tilapia fillets. Sometimes I throw in some garbanzo beans. I let the tilapia soak in the soup/hot sauce then simmer it for a few minutes.

Next favorite is just baking it in a foil lined pan brushed with olive oil, cover the fillets with a sauce using a basting brush, lately I've been using spicy brown mustard, bake at 400 for 25 minutes. You can put all kinds of stuff on the fillets, some parmesan cheese or whatever.
