Small quantities of various agents were found....although outdated and appeared to be abandoned.....SH was planning to restart all those programs as soon as the sanctions were lifted and was assiduously working that way...with the help of useful idiots at the UN, etc.....

What no one ever seems to bring up is that there are large quantities of chemical and biological agents which the UN found after GW I which to this day have not been accounted for....
