Hey, wait a minute Tom....

No one gets to tick off Ike,
That's my job!!!!

I respectfully request that if anyone has something to say to Ike that may be taken unkindly, please just email it to me. I will embellish it and post it as my own. I can do this because nobody in their right mind (or in Ike's mind) could possibly get upset at a 12 foot tall talking chicken. And even if they were upset, they would probably keep it to themselves because of fear of retribution on the day of the great Chicken Revolution.

Please do not take seriously comments like 'bleeding the bears', etc. Ike has take a personal disliking to bearish comments in general since the declines recently have begun pinching the pocketbook. An attempt to personify and attack a market tendency that is a natural part of the cycle, while maybe semi-understandable from an emotional viewpoint, wanders into the dark crevices of the human phyche commonly referred to as LOONY.

Some of the best market insights come from an atmosphere where tension and confrontation are present to a degree. So, if you or Loony Ike would like to share your thoughts for the next week, now would be an opportune time to do it.

Tom,

Although I agree with many of your observations, and have posted such in the past, to the displeasure of many here - my essential point is that I don't want "IQBAL" to become the TOPIC of this thread. We're at a critical place in the market now, where panic-supports were just tested, and I have become active in this thread recently to find out what other, more experienced traders than I, think the critical support and resistance levels are.

Personally, I just don't care whether Ike was "right" or "wrong" or, persists in having a Pollyana Attitude. Right now, amigos, I need help! My long-term holdings have taken a severe blow, and my net worth is down $50K from last quarter.

Let's focus on making money, please ?

-Steve

Thread--it is not my intention to keep this fracas going

However, there are several things that should be understood:

I have no regrets about challenging Iqbal's disingenuous postings

I will respond to postings to/about me

I will not allow myself to be driven off this thread as has happened to others just because Iqbal does not appreciate the point of view that I express--or for that matter, some others don't like the fact that I disagree with him.

If anyone posts something that I think is not accurate, I will take issue with it -- showing at least the same level of civility that is accorded to me.

Anyone who find this to be unacceptable should exercise their option of skipping my posts.

Have a good weekend everyone
