Ahhh, I think we're getting at the root of your problem now. You don't remember "clearly" when you say you remember clearly. I never said they wouldn't file the paperwork, and you can't provide a link showing that I did. What I said was that they wouldn't successfully file the paperwork. How convenient of you to clearly forget to provide a link to NYSDEC that shows the permit applications have been approved. What I do remember clearly, however, is your insistence that they will never file the paperwork at all ever having absolutely no clue that not only they already had done so, but they did it early.
