All, Here's the DJ Wire release (as printed in the WSJ Interactive ed.): Franklin Telecommun Closes $5M Private Placement Dow Jones Newswires WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif. -- Franklin Telecommunications Corp. (FTEL) completed a $5 million private placement of convertible preferred shares with institutional investors.
