It was Peter Barnes, the former CEO. He was asked about hedging and his comment was that weren't thinking about it, but maybe if POS went over $50, they would consider it.

That's the way I remember it, fwiw.

No it was Peter Barnes. His hedging comments were somewhat misinterpretted later on in my opinion. Let's go to the video -g- video.cnbc.com Barnes said " never say never" and one always wants to keep options open. He said silver would have to hit $50 to even CONSIDER hedging but it was clear to me hedging at the $50 price level is not a goal nor policy. Today Smallwood was more careful with his remarks SLW does not hedge.
