is that news making the rounds on main street usa media? i am puzzled ... where is the outrage? are people literally just do not know, cannot care, or just powerless to extract amends? in china, corruption on that scale by an individual or family would be called by competing individuals and families and the former would be felled, and badly. between rule by men and rule by making up laws, rule by men is best for the most-est rule by making up laws serve the least neither is attractive
