Sub Saharan? You have a different view of those above the Sahara - Egypt, Libya, Tunisia, Morocco, Western Sahara and of course, Algeria?

Lindy, that's most unfair. Lots of Sub Saharan Africa is trying to move forward and are developing. Remember you never hear word one about African nations that are getting better. Ghana, for example.
