I tried to finish my statement, and never pulled the lever.gggg But anyway, a "tombstone" add is something like this.

This announcemnet is not an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any of these securities. The offering is made only by the Prospectus.

I don't see an underwriter coming up til sometime in January, it may take this long for MoutSaintFranklin to send a very strong message to the desired Underwriters. With what FNet has to offer, if it was me, I wouldn't comment to a second tier underwriter.

Temp, Frank mentioned a five step plan at the NYC Demo. If I remember correctly, and anything from a week ago is suspect:-), step 4 was listing and step 5 is the FNET IPO. I can't imagine the FNET IPO going off before we are listed. Is there a quiet period imposed by the application for listing? I couldn't find anywhere that stated this. If anyone can post the site where this posted, I'd appreciate it.

Temp some good points but if I'm not mistaken a tombstone add and a red herring are ussually coordinated by an underwriter is it not?

Hey Temp if Frank has major events ready to pop than not only is IPO going to be something to look forward too but it might be labeled as a hot issue.
