Does it really matter? Nothing much will happen until 2013.
Does anybody honestly believe tax increases will make it thru this Congress? Ditto medicare vouchers?

It cuts 4 trillion over twelve years, however it also raises taxes. Taxes would still be way lower than tax brackets under Clinton, Reagan or Eisenhower. Which is a problem. Doesn't raise taxes on the higher income groups enough.
