How many remember the yacht tax? The tax that was going to tax the rich as the purchased their yachts. Only thing it did was halt the sale of yachts and close a lot of boat yards putting scores of middle income boat yard workers out of work. Another great liberal idea with dire consequences. "The road to hell is paved with good intensions."
