Zeev, Your logic is compelling on GATE. But as it seems to me, this could be good to be picked up near $1 after the AGM. Then the selling pressure should be over - and this time they have to cover. Ok - they could cover with conv.pref. B but this time their value relative to common doesn't increase automatically when the stock gets lower (unlike in the floorless case) so no "automatic fill-in" effect arises. As I said: dilution heavy, scenario shortterm bearish. But no long-term dark cloud. I concur with You sub-$1 analyis. OTOH, I think that once the $1 region should be hit, it is quite safe to enter, especially after the AGM in December... regards CROSSY
