Yes, he did. And his Senate, his former colleagues, the club he belonged to, let about 400 bills the House passed die of inaction, without so much as a peep from him. Had the Senate done what the House did, the base wudda been there in Nov., instead of sitting it out.

Limbaugh wanting Obama to fail? Yep. So do Boner and McConnell. Trouble is, Obama is still trying to get them to love him. He's either a very slow learner, or is pathologically optimistic..
