Unhappily, they may come with the territory of, first, wanting to be President; second, doing the things that people need to do to put themselves in a position where being President is a possibility; third, of running for the office (not to mention the offices before that one); and last, of actually succeeding in that crazy ambition. With each step itemized above, the character disorders grow. And the longer the time spent pursuing the goal, as well as the longer the time taken to get there, the worse they become.
