Somewhere in all of this, I heard one pol mention "Means Testing". Can't recall who it was.

To me this could be the essence of a truly bipartisan way of making Medicare work. I wish Medicaid could be as approachable.

That said, the pols will hunt with the dog their constituencies like best; not the one that works best. Means testing won't be one of the options. :(
