He didn't veto it because he wrongly signed off on a compromise with the GOP to keep from losing unemployment compensation. This was the act I said would make me give up on him. And I have. However, I haven't found a candidate who comes close to being better. I love "Oscar Mayer" Wiener's ideas, but he is way too outspoken to ever be nominated.
