Mr. Dan Perlow:

I am so glad you brought up an interesting point which I had wanted to express for a long time. However due to the many reasons (one of which would have been giving this thread a serious tone) I always avoided bringing the issue to this thread. Since you seem to enjoy an unbelievable exuberance over your comments made to Joe Lanza and your recent comments to me I think it is an appropriate time to give some serious tone to this thread (at least for once).

Joseph Lanza by far has been the most interesting cyber con-man I have come to know. However what is so innocent about Mr. Lanza is the fact that he lacks the intelligence to in fact be like a con-man! If you go and read his comments when this thread was first started you will realize his articulation of thoughts is more of a second hand used car salesman rather than a stock promoter and/or consultant to a corporation. Therefore I have come to believe that anyone who falls for Mr. Lanza's promises of achieving enormous wealth can not possibly be anything but an absolute imbecile!

We all on this thread one way or another put Mr. Lanza as the center of attention when it comes to Xecom. We all criticize him, and/or make fun of him and/or blame him for what is thought to be the failure of Xecom. I went back and read most of the comments from the beginning and it appeared to me when you started coming to this thread your tone of voice to Mr. Lanza was in admiration and glorifying of his wisdom and brilliant investment mind. I recall at first I thought you two were actually one soul in two different user names!! However, for some reason, you had a change of heart suddenly! At first it was amusing to me how your attitude toward Lanza changed, and really did not find it to be of any importance. However in the past few months your tone has become so hostile toward him that sometimes I feel if you see the poor guy on the street you will run your car over him!! As I said everyone on this thread (including and especially yours truly) give Mr. Lanza a hard time. He is really easy to pick on because of possessing a special moron characteristics which in a way is very innocent! However, your comments to him are of extreme personal hostile nature. And I can not possibly accept of anything Mr. Lanza might have done to you to deserve such attacks!

As I said, and with all due respect to you, Mr. Lanza maybe blamed for a lot of things and he can be called many things. His talent in being a stock promoter and consultant to a corporation is as much as your talent of being Sheron Stone!! However the true morons are those who base their investments on Mr. Lanza's recommendations (as apparently you did with Xecom and Maesa, etc.)!! Would you not say so? Let me put it this way, if anyone takes you mistakenly for Sheron Stone, Would you not call him an idiot imbecile moron ?!!

Anyway, Mr. Lanza maybe a lot of things, but one thing he is not is that he does not attack anyone in an intentional and sincerely hostile manner as you do to him. However I may understand this, and you do really not mean what you say! After all you are a lawyer and by training your pattern of behavior may unintentionally be such sincere personal hostility!

Again please do not take any of my comments personal. No hostility is intended. This is just an observation..

As for Mr. Lanza, eventhough I have (and may continue to) have fun with your bizarre claims and comments, I want you to know that I do sincerely respect you for which you never back off and always come forward and ask for more! As I said it is similar to an extremely talented used car salesman. For that I do admire you and I want you to know that anyone who blames you for their loss in Xecom or Maesa or for that matter any investment is nothing more than a moron!

Regards,

Addi Jamshidi

**Response from Joe Lanza**

Danny Boy,

There are over 3,000 shareholders in Xecom. You have a depressed stock price, so let me be clear about this, the price of the stock is down, and you blame me? Let me get this clear to you and others. Neither I nor current management wants the stock down. Now the 3rd quarter should be out, and so should proxies. How do shareholders vote, when their stock is in streetname? Oh, I know, the brokerage firm votes your wishes!I beleive that, don't you?

Joe Lanza

BTW,

In regards to you coming down, we have to pay in cash, but if you want stock we can work something out. Jayne has no problem with you, she liked you and your wife the last time we met. I also have an extra set of clubs.
