a joke. a rounding error. it will have no effect. big meaningful cuts are necessary. if we don't, all the dollars in the world won't buy squat. then it won't matter how much money the government doles out to the unions and socialists, because it won't buy anything.

Kenneth, Your brain-washed lemming ignorance amazes everyone on SI. LOL! I mean are you really as naive as you seem?! The gov't needs to cut a lot more spending. They need to get serious!! They need to go line-by-line through ALL expenditures. Cut the pork, stop the waste, cut the duplication & slash the bureaucracy.

Taxpayers are fed up.!!
