SG--I don't know IMAT, but have my share of scars (ans some winners). IMO, there had to be speculators who cashed in after a terrific rise of the stock price. Good for them! I would imagine that some were either inside or close to inside and had been holding for the news. My style is that I have been right 50% when I tried timing stocks, and somewhat better when I bought for longer hauls. Since the research reports were quite positive. the longer haul seems reasonable. good investing--fred
