But you keep saying PAs "save money", yet you cannot explain how this occurs given the reimbursement rates for a PA who is supervised by a physician are the same as the physician fee schedule. Because it allows the doctor's office to recover some of the underpayments it may receive from medicare and allows medicare to keep it's costs down...whats' so hard about this? And for the PA who works unassisted? well the answer should be obvious even to a dope like you. Al
