it is not everyday someone goes to buy a new apartment

rent was not rising very much in china whereas real estate pricing was

also, in the lead-up to teotwawki, it is avoidable that there would be occasional negative real growth

at times it is important to have relative as opposed to absolute growth

also, the 15+% inflation is benefiting 50+% of the people inland / rural, allowing them to catch up to the 25-years true growth of the city dwellers

remember, our premise is that food inflation in china is a net-net good, effectively mobilizing city savings and force march same to the inlands, to do good

the premise is most important. once we get the premise correct, we can do less wrong in the financial arena.
