It is not a mere "assumption", it is a fact. PAs do not have the training of a physician. It should be intuitively obvious, even to an idiot like you, that it is a lesser grade of care. Always a good sign you have lost an argument...anger and insults...anyway...a PA is not intended to handle life or death illness... You are walking contradiction...and it's all politics. One the one hand you'd kill medicare, you'd have no alternative solution, but any that try to emerge AND support current programs like Medicare/medicaid is automatically shut down for partisan motives.
