Defund the banks and start hanging bankers. This will solve a lot if problems. You seem too credit 'greenism' with Bush's crash of 2008. You talk also about ignorant masses too. You've some pretty funny ideas ironically borne out of your own profound ignorance. Take your blanket prediction that all green things will die due to lack of funding.
