I am not sure about CVIA after a merger. We will just have
to sit tight until more information is announced. At this
point, I am just anxiously awaiting more details.

There was an inquiry into the specific insider activity of
Jack Arnold. Although I was unable to find anything regarding
his activity, I found that Rhonda (former cfo) bought 100,000
shares at an average price of .34, back in January of this year.
Unfortunately, I did not see any other activity by the insiders.
