I don't know what a guy like Kasich could do. He does not have US Berkley, MIT, Stanford etc. in Ohio. Neither does he have a concentration of high tech and biotech talent in Ohio as they do in the coasts. Even Microsoft is opening offices in Silicon valley to hire talent away from Apple, Google, Oracle and HP. What is Kasich going to do; open up a Ohio State Govt. office to lure the companies and talent. Crap, he does not have money to pay those state workers some of whom would be running such a office in Silicon valley if he were to open one.
