I looked at EWY when Paul Senior suggested Korea as the country which may benefit from Japan's problems. It has run up quite a bit, however it and SKOR have so far tracked each other.

EWY is dominated by Samsung and Posco, which makes it a bit easier to value. Samsung was/is cheapish. Posco is too, though it may be risky if business cycle turns in Asia/China.

Perhaps EWY and SKOR are still buys after the runups.

Disclosure: I have a tiny PKX position.
