Try answering this question yourself instead of regurgitating what the left-wing websites post.

An Orange County Republican Party official is under fire after sending an email with an altered photo depicting President Barack Obama as an ape.

The email, sent Friday afternoon by party central committee member Marilyn Davenport, depicts a family portrait-style image of apes with Obama's face superimposed on one of them. The photo is accompanied by text that reads, "Now you know why no birth certificate."

Regurgitating left wing media? Have you lost your senses?

Al

GOP Official: Sorry About Obama-Chimp Email, But...

(NEWSER) – A Republican party official from California who emailed an altered Obama "family photo" featuring the president's face copied onto a chimpanzee's body says she is "sorry if my email offended anyone." But she said she never considered it racist, reports the New York Daily News. Marilyn Davenport said she simply was amused by the photo caption—"Now you know why no birth certificate"—and said she didn't connect the ape to Obama being "half-black." In fact, "the thought never entered my mind until one or two other people tried to make this about race," she told the Orange Country Weekly.

Many Republican officials have expressed outrage over the email. "It's unbelievable," said a high-ranking Orange Country GOP official. "I can't believe it was sent out. I'm not an Obama fan, but how stupid do you have to be to do this?" But Davenport has refused to resign from the Republican Orange Country committee. "Oh, come on!" Davenport said. "Everybody who knows me knows that I am not a racist. It was a joke. I have friends who are black."

Diplomat Accused of Preaching Too Much Resigns

STATE DEPT. SAID DOUGLAS KMIEC SPENT TOO MUCH TIME TOUTING CATHOLIC BELIEFS

(NEWSER) – The Obama administration’s ambassador to Malta has resigned following a State Department report that blasted him for spending too much time speaking and writing about his Catholic beliefs—to the detriment of his actual work, Politico reports. In a resignation letter sent to Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, and the LA Times, Douglas Kmiec struck a defiant tone, saying, “I doubt very much whether one could ever spend too much time on this subject.”

He accused the department’s inspector general of having a “flawed and narrow vision of our diplomatic mission.” The inspector general’s report had blasted Kmiec for his “uncharacteristically light” schedule, and his “friction with principal officials in Washington.” Kmiec is a socially conservative Republican, but backed Obama in the 2008 campaign (a sin that caused one church to deny him communion). Also, he once killed a nun in a car crash.

Ted, > Because that's what the GOP has become.

You didn't answer my question.

I did answer your question.....and I will answer it again.

Why even bother saying you're willing to "reach across the aisle" if you're just going to label your political opponents as "thieves and nutjobs"?

Because he's the president.......he has to reach across the aisle no matter how repugnant that might be.

Now you answer my question. Why are Republicans so racist?
