CBO didn't realize that there would be a recession at the end of the Clinton years, or that there would be a 9/11, or that we would have to go to war, or that Obama would enact sweeping health care reform that massively increased cost, or that the democrat-caused housing crisis would send our economy into a tailspin for years. CBO doesn't exactly have a great track record, so pardon me if I totally discount their "projections"....
