Its not just a mistake of semantics to call employee productivity growth. Its clearly an intentional attempt at causing confusion amongst members of this thread. You have now stated several times that $100,000 per employee per year in successive reporting periods is not growth. That is not necessarily true at all. The national economy is very happy to record employee productivity growth of less than 1% per year. However the GNP may grow at up to 4 or 5 times that rate. We would all consider the increasing GNP to be growth.

If ALYD has an increase in revenues, we call it growth.

If the growth reflects an increase in profitability that will please the investors the most.

Profitability can increase many-fold without an incresae in employee productivity.

Please use terms accurately if you wish to have credibility.
