Reflects portfolio degradation due to cash shortage, and unwillingness of people to speculate from being overmortgaged, overmargined, overcrunched and overwipedout. It support my opinion that I have held for the past 2 years that the retail paper market is deader than week old roadkill. This is good and bad. It does make gooder deals stander out betterer. But it increases short term spec and decreases the all important business-amd-mine-building long term spec. Iffen use are intelligenter, this is the larger winnerer. EC<:-}
