I mentioned that Intel rewards customer loyalty, so you are using what is called "circular reasoning". I will explain:

Because you can not comprehend the many factors I listed which are instrumental to Dell's decision making, you are left with only price to use as a comparison. Therefore your natural conclusion is that "customer loyalty rewards" was the only factor which swayed Dell's decision to use Intel exclusively. Take off your blinkers. AMD had inferior customer support, inferior reference designs, poor quality and reliability, no advertising assistance, limited ability to meet demand, inferior development tools, no believable roadmap, no trackrecord of meeting product or process schedules and poor financing. Additionally, Dell would have had to support multiple platforms from multiple vendors instead of just one. You must completely ignore these factors to recharacterize loyalty rewards as bribes. Had AMD been able to match Intel's total package they would have been far more successful.

Instead you will keep your blinkers on because to you it's as simple as "parts is parts".
