I personally can EASILY interpret these internal quotes from Henri Richard

As you've demonstrated so many times, you can easily interpret anything and no matter what it is it always comes out as Intel bad, AMD good. This is an internal acknowledgement by AMD Executives that AMD has earned a reputation for poor quality and basically junk products. If it's obvious to AMD then it's even more obvious to their customers. Bad reputations are easily earned and they take a long time to overcome, but you can't comprehend that because your Walmart mentality only knows that "parts is parts". So let's extend the metaphor. Intel was delivering white meat chicken breasts while AMD was delivering beaks & claws. AMD claims they have a new product line but Dell doesn't believe it for a second. They figure the only difference is AMD's switched from beaks & claws to eyeballs & ass*oles. Dell says no thanks because "parts is parts"...
