upon rereading the 10 K , I see that the comment about using more cash and less stock is really just a comment about having that ability. there was no inference that they were still looking at it. My error.

lavalamp, I was wondering if the delay would alter the 20 day window. Thanks for the update. As far as an infusion of capital is concerned, the "Leptin Deal" (on signalling) is still sitting out there, but its more of a research deal and would not provide the kind of up front cash that will be generarated from the LLY deal.
