Very much illustrates the bull case for the common. With rates "expected" to rise the call protection on the "D" is not that valuable. I see good value in GMXRpr.

MHR-D took a hit today, and dropped another .10 after hours.
MHR-D down 1.29 on 486,733 shares. 10 day average is 11,879.
