We've been over this a thousand times. Intel has never been found guilty of making illegal payments in a Court of Law. Sure they were charged but they were charged with compiler tricks as well and exonerated there as well. Intel says they were legal payments, you say they weren't. Big surprise. No Court of Law anywhere in the world has ever ruled them guilty but a non Legal expert such as you knows better. Pardon me if I remain unconvinced.

I'm glad you're so happy with the performance of Intel's legal department. Between their case results and the advice they gave re: "loyalty rewards", Intel threw away about $10 Billion. I know, I know... "It was worth it."

Despite your hand waving, when AMD has competitive products they make money. When they have uncompetitive products they lose money. No surprise there.

Yes yes, Elmer. And Dell is just $magically$ immune from AMD's charms...
