Ten years and we're still spending billions fighting an enemy that has no organized army, little technology, no heavy weapons, no air force, no navy and no public allies. The Iranians don't even like the Taliban.

Wouldn't it be far less expensive to offer each Taliban fighter, say, $25,000 cash and pay a virgin to sleep with him in return for him abandoning the Taliban for liberal Islam?
