Madharry,

Thanks for the heads up on AAB. I am inclined to buy more AAB on a day like today, when the stock is lagging its holdings. All the top ones are doing quite nicely.

Although I don't know your specific situation, I think it is a good thing to have an expert look at your taxes. I don't know the answer to your tax questions myself.

ot: re.: foreign tax credit: my situation is that I'm one with several thousands of dollars in foreign taxes, and I file Form 1116. For tax year 2009, my accountant's computer statement showed that I will have a foreign tax credit carryover. (I've not filed for tax year 2010 --first time ever late -- so I don't know yet how or if that carryover will affect my 2010 taxes. (Also, I don't know how the foreign tax credit or carryover is or is not used in calculating my state income taxes.)
