You would think that after the incredible blow ups of the past few years that people would not be fearful of this occurring, yet the investing public has not come to the point of a "total loathing of an asset class" ...

hey john,
this is where it helps to understand the gambler personality.

They always say that the worst thing that can happen to someone prone to gambling is to win.

Once you have won big at gambling, you know it's possible, so you keep on coming back for more

Think of all of the people who won big at Casino de Wall St. For many of them, as long as they have spare cash, they will be back at the craps table trying to win big again.
