Talked to pat Jones Yesterday: Yes, expect some announcements soon. Another major teaming agreement (similar to EDS) as well as a teaming agreement with an OEM. She wouldn't comment on earnings but did say that they acrue on a percent completion method and they did complete some of the Brown brothers Harriman contract among others. Auditors are still auditing. What I find is good news is that they won't restate the distributorship revenues meaning they will be amortized over 2 years. This will form an earnings base with which to build upon (IMHO). The bad news is that the other day my $12 order was not filled when I thought it was. The good news is that I added yesterday at $11.5. The bad news is that it was the high for the day. I think anywhere in here is a steal. I sold Alyd when it was at $20 and bought Forecross. I now literally have no cash left so I am tapped out on Forecross. I have put my money where my mouth is. Keep in mind that the entire downturn has occured on very low volume. Watch for volume and then price rises.
