it's called a cert of Birth, not a birth certificate. All someone had to do to get one in HA back then was call a hospital and say my daughter had a kid at home last night and the hospital would send it to you. Something like 20% of people born in HA back then were born at home and HA needed their population numbers to go up to help get statehood

i live in Hawaii. I had to have a certified copy of my actual birth certificate from Oregon when I moved here in 1983 ...just to get a driver's license!

That's the way Hawaii worked. Now O can't find his issued by the State? The Governor of the State can't even see it?

This State will do anything to protect their chosen one, including make up laws to hide his actual birth certificate. Funny thing is, you are only skimming the surface. There have been a few souls that have really combed the available hospital records from the time, etc. and surprise! No BHO records are there!
