So if your iPhone's Bluetooth is turned off, and you don't allow the cops to hook their device up to its USB port, I don't see how they could get your data. Depends on where, when, are you alone, what race, creed, religion, and are there any other witnesses taping the situation, from afar on their phone, whom the cops have not detected, yet.
