Joey----Here's the run down of the trades today. There were only 4: 10:40 20,000 @ .25 12:51 42,300 @ .2344(15/64) 13:10 5,000 @ .2656(17/64) 13:53 26,000 @ .2656(17/64) Strange numbers considering that the ask was .26 and the bid was .24 all day. I would assume that the last two were buys. Maybe we will learn something by Monday. I came within a gnat's ass of grabbing about 20,000 more today just on a feeling after re-reading some of the old news releases; especially the latest one about the 5mil loan. The company that they were dealing with had some very positive things to say. I did a little reading between the lines on the comments too. For instance, the comment was made that if UMSI could acquire the capitol that it needed, it would be a leader in the field. Or something to that effect. Tells me that we have a company with good management(hopefully), with a good idea and product, acquisition crazy at the moment, and probably as broke as my brother-in-law. Here's Luck Art

Joey and all: Over the past ten days I received disturbing material about UMSI of which I was completely in the dark. Living in Holland, I am far removed from the scene, and that is why you have seen my call for assistance. A US investor has come forward offering help, and I have send him the information to see if there is substance in these allegations.Nothing cryptic about this. Sure I am p.o. with Kostech, because I think that in their research of UMSI they could not but have come across at least some of the info that I became aware of. Some of that dates back to February this year. As far as I know they neither mentioned nor explained this in their reports.Perhaps for them it was not worth mentioning? Whatever goes,it was my mistake to trust these (on the surface) excellent reports from Kostech. I have 1500 shares of UMSI which I bought for $3000.- If I have to write off the whole lot I will still have a marvellous investment year. But I would still like to find out the truth about UMSI. Would not you? Laurens

Lenman please give us a break pal. It's my(our) money and we will do with it what we well(#$^^$@!$^^&) please . It is not a mistake yet, that will only be so if the company fails to reach its potentail. So in the immediate future lets just keep cool and wait for the game plan to unfold. I still like the way the company looks on paper. There are some good products in this companys inventory, keep your fingers crossed and lets pull together for better times down the road.....Archie
