Jim, re Cheniere Energy

What is not being stated in the argument for LNG is how the hell can it ever compete with shale gas?

A couple of years ago, LNG was going to be a big thing in this country but now who needs it? There is talk about producing LNG from our gas and exporting it!

I don't know what it will cost to bring in LNG from some distant place like Qatar or PNG but it has to be 2X+ the cost of Marcellus NG coming out of the ground ready to use.

Unless we totally screw it up with excessive regulation, shale gas would appear to be a game changer (game over?) for LNG.

There are huge shale deposits all around the world.

John
