Roo,

are you concerned about the possible issuance of shares for the previous acqusitions that have a clause that the FMV of the stock received must equal a set amount at a specfic date ? If the value does not equal this amount, additional shares must be issued. This issue has potential for creating dilution. It is not clear from the SEC filings that the shares would be restricted.

Roo,

The company owns no real estate as per the 10-K.

Call up Mary's/Ladies cutting Service. Ask for Daniel Rodriguez. 305-882-1220.

He will tell you that he rented this space a year ago. He figures the equipment there in that facility is valued at 20K. I'm not sure if any of it is RMIL's though. But that's what he can run his operation with, in terms of equipment.

He will also tell you that There were offices there for about 6 months, but then they moved to more spacious quarters, as the pictures have shown.

He will tell you he is leasing from, and sending his rent check to Westway, in Illinois (PTM posted Westway Inc, 15 W Collega Dr. Arlington Heights IL 60004......But I couldn't find a number.) I did not get it from Mr. Rodriguez either.

He will also tell you he knows nothing about What's going on here.

And here's your evidence.......The 10-K filed on 3-27-97 said there was a cutting facility there. Well......there is.......it just isn't RMIL's operation.

Of course, this wouldn't be pertinent to you......so you may just want to ignore it.

IS IT ME OR IS THERE REALLY A CORRELATION BETWEEN RISING STOCK VALUE AND VOLUME AND INTENSITY OF NAY POSTS??

I hear the frenzied pitch of the nays and I wonder... I've seen a pattern develop with this thread in the past few months. Seems every time the stock value starts to rise, so does the frequency, intensity, and "near-earnestness" of certain individual's negative posts. I guess with their obvious interest in killing this stock, it only stands to reason that the better the stock does, the louder they get. An interesting turn of events today though. The stock dropped and they are yelling louder than ever. It almost seems as though they can feel something giving way in the ranks of the yeas and they are pumping themselves up to overrun the foxholes. Could it be that their "victory" is so close they can almost taste it??? I'll tell you that the tone of their posts over the past few days makes one thing perfectly clear to me (a small investor in RMIL). They have no interest in "saving" small investors from anything. I AM a small investor in this stock, and I believe that my investment is losing value due to the concerted efforts of this very determined core of naysayers. Guys... SAVE ME! SAVE ME PLEASE!!! And here's how: JUST SHUT UP!

Y'see, I believe (I REALLY DO) that if you were to stop posting your constant stream of negative, warped, and malicious "facts," supposed questions, and intimidating statements about this company, the stock would quickly rebound to it's prior trading levels.

It is my firm belief that a few of you are manipulating my investment and causing me to lose money. So if you think that a total collapse of RMIL stock value will make Riley a scapegoat while you bask in praise for your foresight, think again. If I were to be involved in a class action suit as a result of my investment in RMIL, you'd better believe it will be a suit against those whom I believe manipulated RMIL stock value down and cost me my investment.

I'm not sure if others here see this the way I do, but it is clear to me that certain individuals on this board are posting here solely with the intent of manipulating this stock value downward, and to them I say be aware that you may get what you're after and then some.

Have a nice night.
