I'm not a lawyer, so this is difficult. My understanding and interperetation generally runs toward any thing which would materially affect the company (like a merger or the completion of the merger) is information which whould be announced first by the company.

Hearing first on the internet news which hasn't yet been puclicly disclosed shouldn't be here IMHO. Knowing the amount of money and the terms of the loan appears to go well beyond the pale of simple factfinding. I'm not sure I even trust the information. Perhaps we should demand a company statement, now that it appears to be fairly common knowledge that the company had, indeed, clinched the deal.

If the company won't make a statement, we know a few people here who are spreading BS. I don't know the rationale for this.

I slammed Maework1, and he deserved it. Some of the Cartel, appear to also have stepped over the line, perhaps innocently, but over the line nonetheless.

I still have to wonder if this story is followed so widely, as I have seen here, that why this leak into the masses of cartel holders has failed to ignite the stock.
