You're right. It is totally not illegal. I don't know what "line" you're talking about. These people are not flaunting their lack of belief in the democratic process at all. The memo clearly supports the democratic process to the hilt.

I cannot think of anything better than for an organization to urge their employees to participate in our democracy. And last time I checked, they have an inherent right to support the candidates of their choice, just as YOU do.

Of course, liberals thrive on this kind of nonsense. Largely, out of ignorance and extreme partisanship.

Utter nonsense....Unions are much more blatant about this type of thing than the Koch brothers ever thought of being.
