Brad, yes it is the reality... these things are murder, but they don't change the fundamentals, and for people holding long term, it's just an unplesant event to get through. As long as everyone is aware of what is likely to happen, they won't get blindsided, and they net effect may not be as bad. I'd like to see the details, if anyone has them.

best,
kim

The Fund Managers
Have hundreds of millions of dollars. They lose money on stocks just like you and me. Being professionals (read Big Fish) they feed on us (read Little Fish). We are the ones that set the price direction and the big fish are only interested in being able to feed on tightly packed schools of little fish. Most of these funds could easily buy IPMCF till the cows come home if they were professional money losers, they aren't. They will be feeding Monday.

The first long to come on this thread and publicly state *we are screwed* represented a certain 60-70% who will run, good for you. The ones who tried hard to believe, who encourage the encouragers represent about 20-30% of those left, you will waver, you will hem and haw but you will act. Some of you will join the remaining 5-10% and get in line immediately, waiting to be sheared again, some of you will find the door. Some will never realize anything is wrong. A very small percentage of you will do this, realize this is a joke, become an investor in this joke and sell at any more propituitous time than Monday. It will require patience and disbelief, you can do it.

If you missed this post then here it is again, an article in Barron's. They have note stated that it is Reg S, but the use of the word "note" instead of "debenture" seemed like a trap for the unwary.

Anyways, my favorite part of the release was this one

<<The sequence of events that IPM will focus on over the next twelve to eighteen months will include finalizing the ore resource statement and determining the economics of the project via the development program to a feasibility document.>>

What the hell is that ?

Brad; If reg S they must notify SEC after 15 days. 30 days prior to the stock becoming free trading(45 days cover to cover) It might be Reg D? I will look it up.

The 15 day rule has killed a lot of reg S deals.
