No doubt about it. But a sizable miss like this on iPads certainly should have analysts rejiggering their forecasts. They missed on iPods and iPads, slightly beat on Macs, and did predictably well on iPhones. Sure, they're making a ton of money -- nobody would have expected otherwise. But in my experience, after the initial positive reaction of people who skim-read the material, concerns about growth start to creep in. Perhaps it won't happen right away, but if they miss again next qtr it could start to weigh on the shares.
